Terms of Service

What this site does

Greater Portland Garage Doors is a referral service. We accept descriptions of garage door problems and pass them to an independent local crew. We do not perform garage door work.

The crew relationship

Any estimate, scope, schedule, warranty, and invoice comes from the crew. The work contract is between you and them.

No warranty on our side

This site does not perform or guarantee garage door work. Quotes, warranties, and outcomes belong to the crew you hire; get your scope in writing.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from work performed by an independent crew.

Changes and contact

These terms may change; the current version lives here. Questions reach us through the contact form.
